A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounts and admin professional. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in accounting or business, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. This position offers a salary of up to $3000.

- Min 2 years’ experience in accounts & admin field.
- Experience with payroll and HR documentation.
Responsabilidades
- Handle AP & AR, staff salary, CPF, and statutory submissions.
- Support payroll and recruitment processes.
- Organise company events and oversee office operations.
- Manage calls and provide administrative support.
Conocimientos
Educación
Working Days: 5 days (Mon – Fri). Working Time: Mon – Thurs (8am – 5:45pm) & Fri (8am – 6pm). Working Location: 81 Tagore Lane. Salary: Up to $3000.
- Handle AP & AR, staff salary, CPF, withholding tax & statutory submissions.
- Support payroll, HR documentation & recruitment (work passes, interviews).
- Organise company events & oversee office operations.
- Manage calls & provide admin support.
- Diploma in Accounting / Business or equivalent.
- Min 2 years’ experience in accounts & admin field.
- Proficient in MS Office & accounting software.
