Handle reception desk to provide accurate information, prompt assistance, and excellent customer service to visitors
Manage call-ins / walk-ins enquiries with professionalism
Assist in receiving mails and parcels, handling event / course registration and payment matters
Be the primary point-of-contact for emergencies and other ad-hoc tasks
Ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of the work area
