What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Managing Director Southeast Asia, you will step into a pivotal role where you will be at the forefront of supporting the execution of strategic operations and ensuring consistency of the Maison’s standards of excellence across our dynamic team.

• Business Orchestration – As the key point of contact, provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the MD of VCA SEA, proactively managing communications with internal and external stakeholders, crafting compelling presentations on key business processes, consolidating departmental and regional analysis to provide valuable insights, and assisting in the planning and execution of ongoing strategic projects.
• Executive Support – Offer extensive executive and administrative assistance to the MD, including the organization of regional events and conferences, meticulous budget planning and tracking for Brand Management T&E, oversight of office management and VCA EXCO support, and diligent follow-up on communications to ensure timely action from relevant stakeholders, with the authority to execute approvals on behalf of the MD when necessary.
• Administrative Support – Manage all facets of travel arrangements for the MD and visitors to SEA for a productive and seamless experience, including itinerary planning, meeting and conference coordination, preparation of necessary pre or post meeting documents, and the efficient handling of T&E controlling.
