Temp Customer Service Associate (Min 3 Months)
SUMMARY:
We are looking for one dynamic and customer-centric individual to be a member of our customer service team.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Generate daily customer’s order and ensure delivery is met.
- Sorting of returned invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes.
- Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated for timely submission to internal/external portal.
- Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customer.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer proficiency
Working location
23 Chin Bee Avenue (Nearest MRT station: Boon Lay)
Shift available
8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday, 1 Weekday and Sunday off,) (Earn up to $2500 + overtime pay)
