We are now looking for a Full-Stack Marketer to scale our acquisition engine across APAC using content, SEO, paid performance, partnerships, and product‑led growth.
Role Overview
As a Full‑Stack Marketer, you are responsible for driving merchant sign‑ups and revenue growth by owning the full marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion to retention. You will operate with a blend of strategy and execution, combining storytelling, analytics, experimentation, and hands‑on channel ownership.
You will work closely with the CEO, sales, product, and design teams to create data‑driven campaigns, high‑quality content, SEO‑optimized landing pages, and growth loops that scale across markets.
This role is ideal for a marketer who is both analytical and creative, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to build in one of the fastest‑growing fintech segments in APAC.
What You’ll Own
1. Growth & Acquisition
- Build and scale multi‑channel acquisition campaigns across search, paid ads, social, email, SEO, and partnerships.
- Drive merchant sign‑ups through targeted campaigns for SMBs, mid‑market platforms, and verticals like F&B, retail, ecommerce, services, and home‑based businesses.
- Launch landing pages at speed — ensuring conversion‑optimized design, keyword alignment, and strong storytelling.
2. Content & SEO
- Develop high‑quality, authoritative content around payment methods, local rails (PayNow, DuitNow, QR Ph, UPI, etc), cross‑border payments, ecommerce, POS, and SMB tools.
- Own keyword research, clustering, SEO strategy, and content performance across SG, MY, PH.
- Ship new landing pages weekly (industry‑specific, product‑specific, country‑specific).
- Repurpose content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Reels, blog, and partner channels.
3. Analytics & Experimentation
- Build hypotheses, run experiments, and measure campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta/Google Ads, and internal dashboards.
- Establish growth loops and user funnels with clear KPIs: CAC, conversion rates, LTV, organic channel performance, payback periods.
4. Product, Brand & Creative
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on product launches (new payment methods, cross‑border capabilities, POS terminals, issuing, B2B flows).
- Develop launch campaigns, demo videos, customer stories, and merchant success narratives.
- Work with design to execute brand‑aligned creatives, case studies, and in‑market promos.
5. Market Expansion
- Localize campaigns for Malaysia and the Philippines (and new markets as needed).
- Support channel partners, banking partners, and ecommerce platform partnerships with co‑marketing materials and activation plans.
What Success Looks Like
- Strong MoM growth in organic traffic and inbound merchants.
- Weekly shipping of SEO‑optimized landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Lower CAC and improved marketing‑to‑sales pipeline efficiency.
- Strong narrative presence for HitPay across content, LinkedIn, events, and PR.
- Meaningful contribution in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines growth targets.
- Creation of new acquisition channels beyond search — e.g., communities, influencers, vertical partnerships.
Who You Are
- 3–7 years of full‑stack marketing experience in high‑growth SaaS, fintech, ecommerce, or SMB‑focused tech.
- Comfortable operating as a builder (not just strategist).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills — able to turn complex fintech concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
- Hands‑on experience with SEO, keyword research, SEM, paid ads, funnel optimization, analytics, and reporting.
- Comfortable managing multiple experiments simultaneously and iterating quickly.
- A self‑starter with high ownership, bias to action, and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Bonus: experience marketing in Southeast Asia and understanding of local payment methods.
Nice To Have (Bonus)
- Experience with Stripe, Adyen, Airwallex, Shopify, or B2B fintech products.
- Experience creating short‑form video content and founder‑led content strategies.
- Background in SMB marketing or vertical SaaS.
- Knowledge of payment rails and cross‑border payments.
