Job summary
A multinational manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an administrative professional to manage various office tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate databases. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in administration and preferably some accounting knowledge. Benefits include a bonus, 14 days annual leave, and medical allowances, with shuttle and transport provided for employees.

Responsibilities
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and email.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping.
- Process payments and prepare accounts payable reports.
