Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy? Join our dynamic HR team as a Payroll & Benefits Executive, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in payroll systems and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly and ad-hoc runs for staff salaries, overtime, claims, incentives, and allowances.
  • Ensure accuracy of salary computations and timely pay-outs.
  • Post payroll transactions into SAP system and prepare reconciliation reports.
  • Generate monthly payroll reports (Overtime, Man-hours, Payroll Cost, Headcount) for department heads.
  • Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 submissions, and other tax-related matters.
  • Collaborate with Finance for monthly and quarterly closing.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents on payroll-related queries.
  • Process government claims (NS Reservist, Maternity, Child Care Leave).
  • Support staff data creation and system updates in SAP/Employee Self-Service.
  • Provide payroll data for internal/external reporting and MOM surveys.
  • Drive process improvements and participate in system UAT testing.
  • Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR Management).
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act, and tax regulations.
  • Hands‑on experience with payroll systems; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
