An educational institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate to conduct onboarding for new sales team members. The role involves delivering training sessions on systems and sales processes, monitoring sales performance, and providing support to various departments. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, an understanding of sales processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in supporting sales teams or working with external agencies is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding for newly recruited salespersons, including introduction to the company’s mission, vision, values, and organisational structure.
Deliver onboarding training covering system, sales processes, and core product knowledge.
Plan and conduct routine training sessions such as new product briefings, compliance refreshers, and code-of-conduct training.
Support the marketing consultant in monitoring and evaluating the performance and productivity of the sales team.
Monitor, investigate, and take action on any undesirable sales practices to uphold Code of Conduct and sales quality standards.
Work closely with Finance and HR to compile sales commissions.
Support the Special Projects Department in executing special initiatives and ad hoc assignments as required.

Prior experience supporting sales teams or working with external agencies
Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting onboarding and training sessions.
Good understanding of sales processes, customer engagement workflows, and basic compliance concepts.
Ability to analyse sales performance data and highlight trends or issues.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
