Job summary

A reputable insurance brokerage firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for managing insurance renewals and client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma, relevant experience in Employee Benefits, and excellent analytical and tech skills. Responsibilities include liaising with insurers, conducting presentations, and reporting on conversion and retention rates. Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma in any discipline.
  • BCP, PGI, ComGI, & HI certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients’ insurance renewal process.
  • Liaise with clients and insurers on policies renewal.
  • Conduct monthly reporting of conversion and retention rates.

Responsibilities
  • Using digital tools to quote Employee Benefits insurance that comes through our online portal
  • Be the project manager taking charge of the clients’ insurance renewal process (Both Portfolio & Experience-rated Plans)
  • Building good rapport with insurers so as to secure the best deals for our clients
  • Liaising with clients and insurers on policies renewal & new business placement (Both Portfolio & Experience-rated Plans)
  • Be involved in ad-hoc projects to improve the quotation process through the utilization of technology
  • Follow up and be in-charge of sourcing for new quotations and presenting them to prospects in assigned portfolio
  • Cleaning up renewal member listing provided by the client and reconciling them against our / insurer’s records
  • Doing Premium & Benefits Comparison by analysing the data obtained to propose solutions to clients
  • Answering product-related enquiries from the clients and providing solutions to their issues
  • Conducting Benefits Presentation session
  • Monthly reporting of the new business’s conversion rate and policy renewal’s retention rate
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in any discipline
  • BCP, PGI, ComGI, & HI certifications preferred
  • Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in Employee Benefits either as Broker Support / Broker in Broking firm or Insurance Company or as a General Insurance Broker
  • Tech Savviness, and Proficiency in MS Office Suite i.e. MS Excel (Pivot Table & V-Lookup), Powerpoint, Word
  • Meticulous to deal with sensitive data, analyse the underwriting information to propose solutions to clients
  • Fast Learner (to pick up the systems and processes within the first 3 months)
