A global banking technology company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Commercial Director to lead commercial performance across the region. This senior-level role requires a strong leader who can drive revenue growth, optimize cash collection, and support strategic deals. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in SaaS revenue models and exceptional stakeholder management skills, driving initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations.

The Regional Commercial Director is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director. The role focuses on driving commercial performance across the region.
As a leader and trusted adviser to the business, you will provide senior sponsorship for strategic deals and lead initiatives that impact key top line metrics, including recurring revenue (ARR), cash collection/DSOs, and gross margin. This is a high-visibility role that has tangible impact on regional performance and success – it is both a strategic and hands‑on role, requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and commercial acumen.
Success in the role will depend heavily on strong drive and high energy with an ability to lead by example. Equally the ability to work well as part of a team is essential, with strong cross‑functional collaboration, working with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Support and Partners.
