Roles & Responsibilities

This is a high-visibility leadership role where data, technology and insurance expertise come together to directly drive revenue growth. You’ll shape how customers are acquired, engaged and retained at scale in a leading life insurer as VP, Customer Lifecycle Management (CLCM) on an 8-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy - acquisition, engagement, retention and cross-sell - using advanced analytics and marketing automation
  • Lead agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact lifecycle campaigns across digital, CRM, data and distribution channels
  • Drive measurable business outcomes through lifecycle KPIs, forecasting, attribution and portfolio profitability optimisation
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline
  • 8+ years in business management (e.g. distribution management, performance management, customer management functions) in insurance industry
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in data analytics, customer segmentation, CRM platforms and marketing automation ecosystems
