Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Business Development Executive to identify new exhibitors and develop strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will advise clients for optimal exhibition ROI and manage relationships, coordinating closely with marketing and operations. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, along with 2–4 years in sales or business development, is required for this position. Competitive salary between $3000 and $4500 offered.

Key Responsibilities

Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy

  • Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
  • Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.

Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management

  • Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
  • Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
  • Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
  • Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
