  • Manage and support branch managers and staff, ensuring performance and productivity targets are met.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
  • Drive marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:
