Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales for exhibitions. In this role, you will identify new exhibitors, advise clients on optimizing their exhibition ROI, and coordinate efforts across teams. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in a relevant field and has 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development. This position offers a monthly salary between SGD 3000 and SGD 4500, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy

• Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
• Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.

Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management

• Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
• Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
• Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
• Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
• Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
