Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Lead Generation Focus (Primary)
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners (e.g., e-commerce platforms, e-commerce enablers, payment gateways, technology vendors) to establish high-impact referral programs and co-marketing initiatives.
- Design and execute campaigns focused on partnership lead generation, driving high-quality, measurable referrals into the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, coordinate joint product launches, speaker proposals, media releases, and promotional announcements.
- Proactively monitor partnership effectiveness, relationship health, and conversion rates, providing strategic recommendations for growth.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute end-to-end regional marketing campaigns and promotions across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram), ensuring alignment with partner initiatives.
- Take ownership of the regional brand narrative, developing compelling content and materials that reinforce Returns Management as a strategic asset for e-commerce businesses.
- Conduct continuous market research on industry trends, competitor activity, and partner landscape to inform regional marketing strategy and direction.
Event Management & Execution
- Organize and manage external events, roadshows, and webinars (both proprietary and partner-led) aimed at client acquisition and partner engagement.
- Oversee all event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI and lead capture.
Performance and Reporting
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all partnership, marketing, and event initiatives, specifically focusing on referral volume, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively across all regional marketing and partnership activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in Partnership Management, Alliance Management, and/or B2B Marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in driving lead generation or revenue directly through referral programs and strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing principles: SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Exceptional organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills, with high attention to detail on all deliverables.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese (necessary for regional market coverage).
- Ability to work effectively independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Existing network or knowledge of key players/ecosystems within the target regions.
- Foundational graphic content creation (e.g., Canva/Figma proficiency).
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages.
