Job summary
A leading US law firm in Singapore is seeking a Private Equity / M&A Associate with 2–6 years PQE. This role involves advising on sponsor-side transactions and managing high-value M&A deals, particularly in digital infrastructure. Candidates should have strong drafting skills and a proven ability to manage transactions independently. The firm is open to relocating the right candidate from overseas.

- Advise on high-value M&A and investment transactions.
- Work on complex, cross-border digital infrastructure deals.

Education
A leading US law firm is seeking a Private Equity / M&A Associate (2–6 PQE) to join its Singapore office. The role focuses on sponsor-side transactions, with a focus on digital infrastructure-led deals across the region.
- Advise private equity sponsors on high-value M&A and investment transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and platform investments
- Work on complex, cross-border digital infrastructure deals (e.g., data centres, digital connectivity, technology‑enabled assets)
- Responsible for drafting and transaction management, coordinating closely with sponsors, counterparties, and other stakeholders.
- 3–6 years’ PQE in Private Equity and/or M&A from a leading international or top‑tier firm
- Strong drafting skills and demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently
- Experience advising financial sponsors strongly preferred
- US, UK, or other common‑law qualified lawyers welcomed
- Candidates must be based in Singapore or committed to relocating permanently
