We’re looking for a high-energy, aggressive, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done. She manages all the brands of the Company.

This role requires a resourceful self-starter who’s not afraid to take initiative, challenge norms, and push boundaries to achieve real, measurable results. You must be tech-savvy, creative, and deeply knowledgeable about digital marketing trends, with a strong presence and strategy on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement aggressive marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
  • Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with engaging content and real-time interaction.
  • Growth Hacking: Use unconventional, data-driven marketing tactics to fuel rapid growth and market penetration.
  • Partnerships & Networking: Leverage existing connections and actively build new relationships with influencers, media outlets, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team, gallery and executive teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
