About Estalife

Estalife is our latest key brand and first brand to focus on direct-from-factory products. Estalife was rebranded in 2024 and has launched 39 new products within the last 20 months, with extraordinary growth of 60% MoM in 2024 and 20% MoM growth this year. This is helmed by Jia (me, the hiring manager), aiming to bring consumer demand-driven, quality supplements at extremely affordable prices to the masses. At this stage, we focus on E-Commerce sales - Shopee, Tiktok connecting us directly to our customers.

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth on online marketplaces, as well as long term branding, by shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will lead a team of marketers, balancing a strategic, big-picture vision with meticulous attention to detail to enhance brand awareness and improve conversion rates across all channels. As the team manager, you will establish efficient systems and continuously refine workflows both within the team and cross-functionally, empowering your team to achieve executional excellence.

In addition to managing your team, you will serve as a key collaborator with senior stakeholders, partnering closely to develop and align on strategic business objectives. You will foster and embody a culture that promotes curiosity, innovation, and proactive problem-solving across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a performance marketing engine, launching and optimising Meta ads and other channels to drive conversions.
  • Lead and grow marketplace sales, owning revenue targets and partner relationships. Ensure all SLAs and deliverables are achieved.
  • Define and deploy the brand story across all platforms. Refine product messaging and drive campaigns to maximise sales.
  • Develop and launch 360° marketing plans—covering online, offline, and e-commerce—to acquire new customers and increase repeat sales, managing the marketing budget.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service and platform experience.
  • Conduct market research and present actionable insights that guide commercial decisions.
  • Track, report, and address risks in all marketing workstreams, ensuring targets for time, cost, quality, and outcomes are met.
You should have / be
  • Display extreme ownership, strong critical thinking abilities and ability to follow through with the objective of delivering results
  • Self starter with the drive to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, high-growth organisation
  • Multi-tasker; ability to handle tight deadlines while being detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, communicates clearly and concisely
  • Have an analytical approach in problem solving and are comfortable working with numbers
  • Strong time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • An appetite to learn and at ease with uncertainty; open to challenging projects outside your comfort zone
  • Willing and able to roll up your sleeves to do even the groundwork, as and when required
Qualification and Experience
  • Relevant degree in business, communications, nutrition or relevant fields preferred, but flexible
  • Superior communication and storyboarding skills
  • Multi-lingual candidates are strongly preferred
  • Excellent marketing ‘feel’ - innately knows what types of content will work and what will not
