A leading energy management firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives and client relationships. The successful candidate will need a degree in Engineering or Business and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven sales record of $4 million per year. This role involves developing sales strategies and maintaining client partnerships to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales and marketing role within a similar industry.
• Existing knowledge in industries such as pharmaceutical, F&B, MicroE, O&G, or CPI is advantageous.
• Proven track record of booking $4 million in sales per year.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license in Singapore.

Job description

Our client in the water, waste to energy management business is currently looking for Sales Manager to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Report to the head of Business Development, candidate will identify and develop sales leads and opportunities with main objectives of sales orders generation
• To generate sales plan and develop sales tactics
• Achieve sales target and promote growth of gross margin by working with the supporting team
• Proactively follow up and develop KPIs of growth initiative of projects in the assigned industrial sectors
• Keep good relationships with clients
• Work with internal departments towards competitive proposal generation
• Ensure smooth processes from contracts to project and ad hoc transitions to the Service Operation team
• Apply safety procedures for operations bound activities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) or Business
• Min. 5 years experience in sales and marketing role preferably in similar industry
• Existing knowledge in the following industries an advantage - pharmaceutical / F&B / MicroE / O&G / CPI
• Have track record of $4 million sales in booking per year.
• Possess class 3 driving license in Singapore a must
