Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to manage customer accounts and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, with strong interpersonal skills and preferably some B2B sales experience in manufacturing. This is a permanent role with a salary package up to $5,000, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Preferably has experience in supporting customer design projects.
  • Experience in the Power Semiconductors and Power Supplies manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts and relationships.
  • Coordinate with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules.
  • Support sales activities with existing and new customers.
  • Assist with accounts receivable collection from customers.
  • Be willing to travel in the region to support customers.
  • Help prepare sales reports.

  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
  • Salary Package:Basic salary up to $5,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer accounts, including customer relationships, forecasting to the factory, inventory management, and meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules, sample requests, and R&D activities.
  • Support sales activities with existing and new customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Assist the Finance Department with accounts receivable collection from customers.
  • Be willing to travel in the region to support customers or follow up on sales leads.
  • Help the Sales Manager with preparing sales reports.
