Digital Marketing Executive (Fashion Retail) #JEE
Job Description
- Develop and execute monthly and annual brand campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive both online and offline sales.
- Plan and implement seasonal launches, promotional initiatives, and festive campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (designers, printers, event organizers, contractors) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to strategize and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Curate and plan engaging social media content in line with the brand’s tone and identity.
- Drive e-commerce campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Design, oversee, and coordinate the production of promotional materials (e.g., signage, posters) for sales and marketing use.
- Oversee email marketing, CRM, customer databases, and loyalty programs to boost customer engagement and retention.
- Track industry trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and kids’ fashion trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- With 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Good working knowledge of E-commerce (Shopify), digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience in campaign management and influencer collaborations.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and/or Canva.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passionate, creative and highly committed with a positive attitude.
