🕒Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Weekends & Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅Off Days:Up to 8 days off per month
We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate, and results‑driven Outlet Sales Manager to lead our vibrant team at a well‑established nail and beauty spa. If you have a flair for customer service, a knack for sales, and the leadership skills to manage a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including punctual opening and closing of the store
Lead, supervise, and motivate nail technicians and front desk staff
Deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining high service and hygiene standards
Set, track, and achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Train and guide team members to ensure consistent service quality
Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly
Minimum 3 years of beauty & nail spa management experience
Proven track record in meeting sales goals and managing store operations
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Passionate about customer service and team development
Flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
