Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee regional sales operations across assigned markets to achieve business and revenue objectives.
  • Drive growth across the company's equipment solutions, aftermarket components, and service offerings through effective partner and distributor management.
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market share and enhance profitability.
  • Provide leadership and direction to sales, aftermarket, and service teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams and operational functions to deliver strong after‑sales support and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, partners, and strategic stakeholders to support sustainable growth.
  • Conduct and oversee market analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies in response to market and competitive dynamics.
  • Ensure commercial discipline and accuracy in project specifications, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, key accounts, and market developments.
  • Represent the company in selected external engagements, including industry events and business forums, to strengthen brand presence and commercial opportunities.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales updates and annual business plans to senior management.
Requirements
