IT Account Manager

1–2 Years’ Experience | Enterprise IT Solutions | Client-Facing Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic IT Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or account management and a passion for helping businesses achieve their technology goals. In this role, you will manage existing client accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. You will represent a portfolio of enterprise IT solutions and work closely with internal engineers to deliver customised infrastructure and system integration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
