A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to develop workforce plans and manage recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related fields and 3+ years of experience in HR business partnering. Responsibilities include advising on performance management and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a strong organizational culture. Training is available for candidates with no prior experience.
About:
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering proactive and value-added HR solutions, guidance, and strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. This includes advising on manpower planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement workforce plans to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
Conduct job analysis and forecasting to determine future staffing needs.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and succession planning.
Monitor workforce metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Liaise with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
Ensure fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
Implement and monitor performance management systems.
Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and development opportunities.
Promote a culture of continuous feedback and performance excellence.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and complaints.
Ensure timely and fair resolution of disputes in line with company policy and labor law.
Facilitate communication and negotiations with trade unions.
Provide advice and training to managers on employee relations best practices.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Training will be provided to candidates with no prior experience.
3+ years of experience in a HR business partnering function will be an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence and work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in relevant HR technologies and data analysis tools.
