Job description

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the APAC immigration program through process optimization, automation, and data insights.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and HRBPs, delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Contribute to projects related to APAC mobility policies and process improvement, providing insights and collaborating on regional and global tasks.
  • Coordinate with the mobility immigration vendor to execute processes efficiently.
Required Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong skills in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in identifying and correcting errors in large datasets.
  • Data Handling Expertise: Experience in data cleanup, migration, and validation.
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Lark, or BI Table to enhance productivity.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
