Job summary
A leading construction firm located in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage human resource functions, payroll processing, and attendance systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of local experience in a generalist role, preferably with blue-collar workers. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and a proactive attitude are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of local working experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience handling blue-collar workers preferred.
- Self-motivated and meticulous with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform Human Resource Functions and general admin roles.
- Process payroll matters and manage attendance system.
- Handle work pass applications and renewals.
Skills
- Perform Human Resource Functions & Duties and general admin roles

- Prepare HR related Letters and documents
- Handle Work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

- Good in Microsoft Office Applications
