A leading food enterprise in Singapore is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee HR activities and ensure compliance with policies. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, with 2 years in a managerial role, and possesses exceptional leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include creating recruitment plans, assessing employee performance, and ensuring adherence to the Employment Act and relevant labor laws. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong computer skills and experience with office management.
