Job summary
A leading company in the spa and wellness industry is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, align with business goals, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, over 3 years of HR experience, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing hiring processes, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local HR policies. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role will be pivotal in strengthening Joyre’s talent capabilities, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company’s continued growth in the spa and wellness industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, performance, training, employee relations, and exits.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Work with department heads to plan manpower needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive employee engagement to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture.
- Oversee compensation, benefit, and ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflicts fairly and promptly.
- Provide HR reports and insights to support business decisions.
- Promote staff training, career development, and wellness initiatives in line with company values.
