Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to manage end-to-end recruitment for both sales and technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management with 1–4 years of experience in HR or administration, preferably in the SME or construction sectors. This role offers the opportunity to handle important HR tasks like payroll, compliance, and employee engagement, requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR / Admin (preferably in SME / Construction / M&E).
  • Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and work pass procedures.
  • Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy with HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and technical roles.
  • Handle S Pass / EP applications, renewals, and MOM compliance.
  • Administer monthly payroll.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, leaves, training, and CPD tracking.
  • Support HR policies, employee engagement, and internal relations.
