Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm based in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Executive to oversee payroll operations and recruitment processes. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, experience in retail payroll, and knowledge of local labour laws. Responsibilities include managing employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and general HR administration. Qualifications

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Applications and understanding of HR Management software.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Payroll with Retail operations and various service departments.
  • Good understanding of local labour laws and best practices.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • IHRP Certification is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment process and maintain job descriptions.
  • Facilitate performance management and development programs.
  • Administer employee benefits and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee separations and retention guidelines.
  • Oversee HR data management and reporting.
  • Assist with special projects assigned by management.
