Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Architecture Coordinator in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee the quality and progress of architectural projects, assist in planning, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. A diploma in architecture or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural firm are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. The role offers a competitive salary up to SGD 6,500 plus variable bonus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural firm or construction company.
- Strong knowledge of specifications and construction methods.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the progress and quality of architectural works.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and calling quotations.
- Liaise with consultants and update Project Managers on variations.
