Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics arrangements for sea-freight, airfreight, and land shipments.
• Prepare permit declaration documents and submit them to the authorized third-party agent.
• Process and upload Purchase Invoices accurately into the system.
• Follow up with suppliers on required documents and shipment status.
• Ensure the procurement team follows all statutory acts, company policies, and SOPs.
