Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Accredited Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise architecture and C&S works. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in architecture and at least 10 years of full-time site supervision experience in building construction. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting facade inspections, and coordinating with contractors. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and knowledge of building statutory codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant practical experience in full-time site supervision.
• Experience in glass curtain wall & precast panel facade preferred.
• Conversant in building statutory codes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Architecture and C&S works and report to SRA & RA.
• Attend site walk with Owner and Consultants.
• Ensure Contractors maintain safety and cleanliness on-site.
