Nium’s Global Legal Team works at the intersection of financial technology and regulatory frameworks. Our work helps Nium build innovative products, understand and manage risks, and creatively navigate complexity and challenges.
We’re looking for a fast-learning and dynamic Senior Corporate Counsel, based in our Singapore office, to lead corporate governance matters for Nium’s global subsidiaries and support governance for our parent company.
In this role, you will oversee the management of entities worldwide, including preparing and coordinating board meetings and approvals, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements across our regulatory licenses.
You will also play a key role in strategic legal projects spanning M&A, fundraising, equity, IP, and employment. Reporting to Nium’s Global Head of Corporate and Commercial Legal, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-impact legal team and contribute to a wide range of cutting‑edge legal initiatives.
