A leading culinary establishment in Singapore is seeking a skilled Cook to masterfully prepare Japanese dishes. You will guide the kitchen team, collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen, ideally with Japanese cuisine experience, and a commitment to culinary advancement. Competitive remuneration of up to $3,400 per month is offered.

Act as a guiding force for the kitchen team, offering support and encouragement during busy service.
Collaborate directly with the Head Chef on menu development, quality checks, and kitchen efficiency.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization in all kitchen areas.
Ensure every dish served is a visual and flavorful representation of our brand’s promise.
At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment; experience with Japanese cuisine is a strong advantage.
A solid, practical foundation in kitchen preparation, tools, and core cooking techniques.
A calm and reliable approach, capable of leading during peak service hours.

Availability to work a schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
