Responsibilities

• Communicate with government agencies regarding delivery and collection matters.
• Work closely with the Sales and IT Departments on after-sales issues.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules for in-house drivers.
• Organize engineers to inspect and verify IT equipment before collection.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for each tender.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails with inquiries.
• Assist the Manager with any additional tasks as required.

Job description

Basic information:

• Salary UP $3k
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
• Location: Kaki Bukit
