Job summary

A financial management firm based in Singapore is looking for a skilled Business Management professional with over 5 years of experience in financials and contract management, ideally within the banking sector. The candidate will support various locations and be responsible for onboarding IT resources, managing invoices, and maintaining the global contract database. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerBI, are essential for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in business management function covering financials and contract management, preferably in banking sector.
  • Strong financial management knowledge and experience with understanding of local accounting standards.
  • Prior experience with Legal and Procurement on contractual negotiations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide calendar and meeting support for CIO and Deputy.
  • Handle travel booking and travel claims.
  • Responsible for end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of IT resources.
  • Manage invoice processing related to Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank.
  • Maintain the global contract database and support IT contract review.
  • Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors including honesty and integrity.
