As Legal Counsel you will play a critical role in supporting Coupangs businesses in the region by providing strategic legal advice across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with business leaders to enable innovation while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced global environment where your expertise will directly impact Coupangs success.

• Provide legal advice on commercial regulatory and compliance matters impacting Coupangs operations.
• Provide Corporate Secretarial support to Singapore based entities.
• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements partnership deals and other commercial arrangements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on risk management and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support cross-functional teams on business initiatives product launches and international expansion.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and proactively update internal policies and processes.
• Manage external counsel relationships to ensure cost-effective high-quality legal support.

• Law degree; licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years PQE including in-house experience.
• Strong background in corporate and commercial law regulatory compliance and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Experience in e-commerce technology or fast-paced multinational environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects and provide practical business-oriented legal solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
