A global technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist. This role involves providing support for the Cantier ERP and HRMS, communicating with customers, and conducting testing of industry modules. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing financial modules and possess strong English communication skills. Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English communication skills (both oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in implementing Financial Module is a MUST.
• Knowledge in Financial Accounting is essential.
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support on the Cantier ERP and HRMS.
• Log and follow up issues with Cantier R&D Group.
• Communicate with customers to support issues.
• Provide functional testing of Scalable Developed Industry modules.
• Construct test plans and scripts for testing.
• Conduct functional and integration testing.
• Log issues and work with developers.
• Create or update user manuals and training exercises.
