Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract types and commercial terms.
• Experience in managing multiple subcontractors across large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing contractors and managing Request for Quotations (RFQs).
• Draft and negotiate contracts and subcontract notices.
• Maintain an organized contract repository and ensure compliance.
• Analyze variations and manage claims.
• Process back charges and perform subcontract forecast analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
