Responsibilities

• Support the team with necessary duties to develop and deliver design and construction contracts.
• Ensure change management outcomes are captured within Timberline.
• Provide formal responses to contractual matters.
• Assist during the bidding process by issuing RFPs and analyzing proposals.
• Support tracking and collation of contractor's reports and submissions.
• Manage bidding process activities including analysis of tender returns and BAW preparation.
• Approve payment certificates for supply chain partners.
• Perform all duties in accordance with departmental policies.
