Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks candidates for a customer service role focused on business banking. Successful applicants will provide support to corporate clients, manage inquiries about business accounts, and collaborate with various stakeholders. A minimum degree or diploma is required, along with a strong service mindset and willingness to learn. This contract position includes comprehensive training and offers a monthly salary of $4,000.

Monthly Salary: $4,000

Job Descriptions
  • Receive professional training in building your knowledge in business banking products and services.
  • Providing prompt and after sales support to our corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates
  • Handle inbound calls from our Corporate hotline pertaining to their business accounts enquiries. These include account transactions as well as technical support on the corporate internet banking and any digital initiatives launched
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of back office processes through investigation work on complex customer issues and working with the different stakeholders in the Bank.
Period
  • 1 year contract
Working Hours
  • Rotating shifts between 8 am to 8 pm (8.5 hours per day) from Monday to Friday
  • Up to $4,000
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Degree or Diploma holder with working experience in customer service preferred, especially banking industry
  • Passion in client servicing
  • A strong service mindset
  • Ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times
  • Those with minimal or no experience who are interested in the service line of the banking industry
