Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to leads and prospects.
• Present and pitch our services clearly and confidently to potential customers.
• Handle objections and inquiries effectively, with a customer-first approach.
• Follow up via phone, email, or messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp).
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or Google Sheets.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales target.
• Report weekly progress to the Singapore team.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Proven telesales or outbound calling experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Previous experience with social media marketing is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Confident, persuasive, and self‑motivated personality.
• Stable internet connection, own laptop/headset for calling.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive and Sheets and using technology for call management is a plus.
• Comfortable with commission-based incentives.
