Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Singapore is looking for an accounting professional to handle the full set of accounts, prepare monthly management reports, and supervise junior staff. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. The role requires strong accounting skills and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles required.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.

• Handle full set of accounts including bank reconciliation.
• Perform sales audit and prepare monthly management reports.

Job description

• Handle full set of accounts, including bank reconciliation, preparation of GST reports
• Perform sales audit to ensure all payments are received, monthly sales report submission to landlord
• Ensure the AP invoices are accurately processed and verified
• Handle staff expenses claim
• Prepare monthly management reports
• intercompany billing
• Handle intercompany and account reconciliation
• Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting
• Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Independent, ability to handle stress and meet deadline
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is a plus.
