The Role:
The product manager will identify the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfil. He will articulate what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and take full ownership of product performance
· Translate business requirements into product requirements
· Responsible for market research, competitive analysis, documentation, and prototype design of the company's APP products;
· Collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure successful and timely product update/launches
· In-depth understanding of user experience, continuous iterative optimization of products, improving user experience, and exploring user needs;
· Participate in the whole process of product management, including project establishment, planning, development, and acceptance.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
· A Bachelor's degree or above, and more than 2 years of experience in media or financial APP product design are preferred
· Familiar with IoT products and implementation, user research, demand analysis, functional design, and interaction design;
· Excellent data operation thinking, analyzing and iteratively updating product functions;
· Excellent logical thinking ability, analytical ability, and communication and cooperation ability;
· Excellent in product sensitivity and innovative spirit, strong execution ability, and resource integration ability
· Proficient in using prototype tools such as Figma and working tools such as Jira
· Good organizational coordination and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility.
· Good working knowledge in theUX / UI field
· Knowledge and working experience insoftware development
