Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Innovation and AI Strategic Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of consulting or corporate experience, a proven track record of delivering successful technology projects, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in multiple Southeast Asian languages is advantageous, as you will engage with clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Advise clients on developing and implementing comprehensive digital transformation and AI roadmaps.

· Utilize problem-solving and design thinking methodologies to address complex business challenges.

· Provide insights on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

· Lead the end-to-end development of cutting-edge AI and technology products from concept to deployment.

· Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

· Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize project delivery and performance.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Southeast Asia.

· Conduct multilingual workshops, presentations, and training sessions to diverse audiences.

· Customize solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in different industries.

· Drive a culture of innovation within the organization by promoting creative thinking and experimentation.

· Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop new service offerings and improve existing solutions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

· Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, Growth Hacking, or AI-specific credentials are highly preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years in consulting or corporate roles focused on digital transformation and AI solutions.

· Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex technology projects with measurable impact.

· Experience managing and scaling cross-functional and multicultural teams.

· Proficient in AI and machine learning technologies, data analytics, and cloud platforms.

· Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Azure.

· Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.

· Exceptional problem-solving and design thinking abilities.

· Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

· Fluency in English and multiple Southeast Asian languages

· High cultural competence and ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.

· Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as required.
