We're looking for a Design Director to join our growing team in Singapore - a hands-on visionary who can lead the charge in crafting unforgettable visual experiences. If you're a strategic thinker, creative leader, and design craftsperson all rolled into one, we want to hear from you.

You'll shape bold, immersive brand experiences across digital, spatial, and physical environments - from high-concept activations to refined brand systems. This is your chance to influence major campaigns, inspire a talented team, and push design boundaries across the APAC region and beyond.

What You'll Do:

Lead the Visual Charge

• Own the visual execution of major brand experiences, campaigns, and activations.

• Turn creative direction into stunning design systems, environments, and storytelling frameworks.

• Build scalable design toolkits that work seamlessly across multiple platforms and formats.

Inspire & Mentor

• Guide a multidisciplinary team of designers with clear direction, hands-on feedback, and craft-focused leadership.

• Create a culture of experimentation, creativity, and continuous growth.

• Champion excellence at every stage-from concept to production.

Collaborate & Deliver

• Work closely with creatives, strategists, producers, and external partners to bring ideas to life.

• Present ideas with clarity and confidence-internally and to clients.

• Oversee timelines, resources, and design quality across multiple projects.

Push Boundaries

• Stay ahead of trends in design, tech, and culture.

• Infuse new thinking and fresh references to elevate our visual output.

• Set the bar for visual storytelling, layout, spatial hierarchy, and brand consistency.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in a senior design role, with leadership experience in agency or brand environments.

• A strong portfolio packed with stunning work across experiential, spatial, and digital formats.

• Mastery of design fundamentals-typography, layout, branding, and visual systems.

• Experience building and leading high-performing creative teams.

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant design/prototyping tools.

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills-visually and verbally.

• A passion for design at the intersection of culture, technology, and experience.
