Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex, large scale projects across various stages of the project lifecycle. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will oversee a team of project managers and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
• Lead the successful execution of large, complex projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment to project goals
• Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring they align with organizational goals
• Stakeholder Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, vendors, and team members
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and issues, developing proactive mitigation strategies
• Monitor risk factors and take corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on track
• Ensure that project risks are understood by all stakeholders and develop contingency plans
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Oversee project budgets and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively
• Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within financial constraints
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure that third-party services or products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  
  

Requirements

• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Budgeting and resource management experience
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects from start to finish
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
• Agile Certification (e.g., ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner)
• Six Sigma or Lean certifications are advantageous
