A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a team manager to oversee services and ensure SLA compliance within the Desktop Infra team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of team management experience and can act as a point of contact for escalations. Immediate starters preferred. This role involves supporting various operational activities and overseeing service requests.
